Efpalinos Publishing had the great opportunity to be a Sponsor with the 11th Symposium on Simulation for Architecture and Urban Design (SimAUD), by supporting with a Design Strategy Plan for SimAUD Datasets. Specifically, the goal of the Design Strategy Plan was to indicate the necessary steps for the upgrade of SimAUD Data(sets) to the Open Science standards and, in particular, according to the FAIR data quality principles, as well as to define the data publication process, exploring also the conditions for the development of a Data Repository for depositing research material and the creation of a Data Community for managing and curating research data.
Guest Speaker Anastasia Gasia (Publisher) presented online the outline of the Design Strategy Plan, as part of the Dataset Repository Session, to a respectable audience, consisted of researchers and practitioners in the fields of architecture, urban design, urban planning, building science, and data science.
