Business Model & Partnerships

Open Access Business Model

Based on the belief that access to knowledge should be free and available to everyone, the business model of Efpalinos Publishing is built on the Open Access (OA) principles. Having in its core and promoting the benefits of Open Science, the business model is dynamic and flexible to the needs and interests of our partners but also respectful to the decision of the authors and creators upon the licensing of their work.

Starting with the Public Domain Collections, Efpalinos Publishing aims to establish its presence and character but also to approach art and book lovers with creative designs.

Partnerships

Open to funds and partnerships with learned societies, universities, not for profit organisations, research centres and other institutions that support and promote innovative ways of creating and disseminating knowledge to everyone, Efpalinos Publishing is exploring business model innovations for establishing a Public Domain culture and developing a sustainable Open Access Hub in Arts & Humanities.
